The Bayou GatorCraw Fest is what great Cajun-Creole culture is all about. The festival will feature a Louisiana live crawfish boil, alligator-on-a-stick, Louisiana gourmet chef demonstrations, Zydeco, gospel and jazz bands, karaoke, a Kidz’ Zone, storytelling, arts and crafts, games, local vendors and more.

Hungry for Authentic Cajun and Creole Food? Look No Further! There will be “Live” Louisiana Boiled Crawfish, Gator-On-a-Stick, Boudin Balls, Cajun Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, Louisiana Fried Chicken, Catfish PoBoys, Beignets and Chicory Coffee, HuckaBucks (Louisiana Frozen Dixie Cups), Wildcat Coleslaw, Bar-B-Que, and more! Want to take some home? There will be MamaDeaux’s Cajun and Creole Seasoning, Beignet Mixes, Pralines, Jambalaya, and More, on Sale in the BayoU GatorCraw’s, Shop In The Boot, Souvenir Shop.

The goal of the festival is to share, not only the Louisiana culture, but to raise funds to assist community programs. The festival has partnered with Manhattan Area Habitat For Humanities. A portion of Event Booth’s Food and Drink sales from the event will be donated MAHFH.

Is this event Free?

Yes, our valued family and friends. We want you to enjoy the 2021 BayoU GatorCraw Fest for free as a relief from the COVID-19 Pandemic while adhering to the CDC Guidelines.

Are there Food Booths?

Yes. There are food vendors selling various types of food

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, please bring your photo ID if you plan to purchase alcohol located at the BayoU GatorCraw Cafe. ALL alcohol must be consumed in marked area ONLY!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Uber and Lyft are available

Free parking is located in the Flint Hills Disovery Center and Public Parking next to the Convention Center Parking Areas

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Lawn or folding chairs are allowed. No coolers, outside food/drinks, alcohol, nor large bags.
